Olive Oil Granola

INGREDIENTS

500g rolled oats

60g flax seeds

125g almonds

60g sunflower seeds

125g honey

50ml Mondegãoextra virgin olive oil

1tbsp vanilla extract

 

METHOD

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2
Mix the oats, flax seeds, almonds and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.

Step 3
Add the honey, olive oil and vanilla over the dr

Step 4
Pour the liquid over the dry mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.

Step 5
Spread the granola evenly on the baking tray.

Step 6
Bake for 30–35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even toasting.

Step 7
Remove when golden and allow to cool completely - it will crisp up as it cools.
