3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Area: We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain.
Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 3 business days.
Delivery Time: CTT Portugal estimates delivery within 2-3 business days for domestic orders and 3-5 business days for international orders. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and chosen delivery method. Final shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
4. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days with photographs of the item and packaging.
Missing Items: If any items are missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
