Welcome to Mondegao.com. By accessing or making a purchase on our site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”). Please read them carefully.

ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL

The products sold on Mondegao.com are the property of Mathias SA, a company with a share capital of 1,000,000 euros, headquartered at Av. António Joaquim Henriques S/N, 3520-035 NELAS, registered under number 500187916. These T&Cs apply exclusively to all sales made by Mathias SA to individuals or entities purchasing for personal or professional use (hereinafter “Client”). Any other conditions will only be binding upon Mathias SA if confirmed in writing. Documents such as catalogs, advertisements, or price lists are for informational purposes only and may be changed without prior notice. By placing an order, the Client confirms that they have read and unconditionally accepted these T&Cs.

ARTICLE 2 – PRICES

All product prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes, but exclude shipping and handling fees. Mathias SA reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the rates in effect at the time the order is validated. Ownership of the products remains with Mathias SA until full payment is received.

ARTICLE 3 – HANDLING AND SHIPPING FEES

Products will be delivered to the address specified during the order process. Delivery will be conducted by a designated carrier chosen by Mathias SA.

ARTICLE 4 – PLACING ORDERS

Orders can be placed directly on Mondegao.com. Contractual information is presented in English and will be confirmed via email upon order validation.

ARTICLE 5 – ORDER VALIDATION

By placing an order, the Client acknowledges that they have read and accepted these T&Cs. Order validation signifies acceptance of these terms. A confirmation email will be sent for orders placed online or by phone.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Mathias SA serves as proof of all transactions between Mathias SA and its clients.

Mathias SA will verify the accuracy of the information provided with each order. As part of its policy to combat fraudulent payments, Mathias SA reserves the right to conduct investigations before validating an order, which may include requests for proof of identity or residence. Order validation may be temporarily suspended during this process. If an order is not validated within 14 days, it will be canceled, and any payments will be refunded. This period may be extended if further documentation is required.

ARTICLE 6 – AVAILABILITY

Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, subject to available stock. In the event of unavailability after your order is placed, we will notify you via email or phone. A refund for missing products will be processed within 14 business days from your request.

ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY

Products will be delivered to the address indicated during the ordering process. Delivery is managed by a carrier selected by Mathias SA.

ARTICLE 8 – DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are provided under normal service conditions. If your order requires special handling, delivery times will be communicated at the time of ordering. Delivery times may be extended in cases of strikes or other social disruptions.

ARTICLE 9 – DELIVERY DEADLINES

We commit to delivering orders within a maximum of 15 days following receipt of payment.

ARTICLE 10 – PAYMENT

All payments must be made in advance via our website using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

No payment terms are granted; orders will not be shipped until payment is fully processed. Discount codes apply only to product values and not to shipping fees, and these offers are non-cumulative and not retroactive.

ARTICLE 11 – COMPLAINTS AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Right of Withdrawal
Clients have 14 business days from the receipt of their products to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalty. To initiate a return, please contact us at geral@mathiasexport.pt. Refunds for returned products will be issued within 14 days of the return request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Late Deliveries
In the event of a delayed delivery, clients may cancel their order and request a refund for both products and shipping fees.

Returns
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the client, we will notify you promptly. A second shipment may incur a fee. If you choose to cancel the order, a refund will be processed minus shipping fees.

Lost Packages
In cases of package loss, Mathias SA will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Defective or Damaged Products
Mathias SA will verify claims of defects or damages. If validated, we will issue a refund or exchange for defective products, with re-shipping costs covered by Mathias SA. Please contact us at geral@mathiasexport.pt for such issues.

ARTICLE 12 – REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed promptly, within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 13 – APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTE

This contract is governed by Portuguese law. The language of this contract is English. In case of disputes, only Portuguese courts will have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 14 – RIGHT TO ACCESS AND RECTIFICATION

Clients have the right to access and rectify their personal data in accordance with applicable law. Mathias SA ensures the protection of personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 58/2019 of August 8, implementing the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union).

ARTICLE 15 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the www.mondegao.com website are the exclusive intellectual property of Mathias SA. Reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 16 – MARKETING OPT-OUT

In accordance with the Portuguese Consumer Protection Law, clients can register on an opt-out list for marketing communications, including the Bloctel service.

ARTICLE 17 – CONSUMER MEDIATION

Since January 1, 2016, consumers have the right to seek mediation for amicable dispute resolution. In case of disputes, you can contact the Consumer Arbitration Center.
